Anti-burn-out

High pressure, a lack of time and a negative approach to life are severe obstacles on the way to success; above all, they encourage burn-out symptoms. This seminar focuses on strengthening one’s own physical and mental power: participants learn how to react to unexpected challenges and overcome them successfully.

 

They learn how to cope with permanent stress and burn out by mental training, relaxation techniques, targeted activity and allowing themselves periods of relaxation.
