Mangerseminar

The “Black Belt Manager” Master

On this advanced level, focus is given on understanding crises as sources of creativity. The martial arts fighter is well-acquainted with somebody’s cutting the ground from his feet. Yet he knows that this is different from feeling the ground fall from beneath his feet. Falling to the ground is no shame at all once you have internalized the “winner’s principle”: The “Black Belt Manger” comes to terms with such temporary defeats because he has learned to stand up.

To him, obstacles and defeats are mere milestones to success. Crises encourage creativity and should give birth to new strategies. The participants learn to understand and apply the opportunities deriving from defeats, which helps to remain calm in times of trouble and emerge with an even fortified personality.
