Power for the job

In the course of this sequential course participants re-discover their hidden strengths and potentials. We practice active stress management in both theory and practice and learn to apply our insights to everyday job-related challenges. Participants acquire a wide selection of ways to maintain or re-build both physical and mental health. EU guidelines for a healthy work environment are considered and elements of the Ayurvedic health principles are included, too, as we move from step to step in the lasting and sustained course programme.
