Health and well-being trainings
This set of trainings is designed to maintain and strengthen one’s personal resources. It is commonly known that excessive stress causes health problems and reduction in productivity. The combination of ancient Asian wisdom and the insights of modern stress management open up new and integral solutions. In this course, we explore the true facts of stress factors and develop active stress management techniques in combination with physical experiences by which we learn to rely on our individual power as well as on our ability to remain relaxed.
